AGING:

36 months in French oak.

APPEARANCE:

Medium-high intensity garnet red color, with slightly purplish hues, bright

and clean. Earthy tones typical of its aging.

AROMA:

In the mouth, it is a wine that has a great structure, but very balanced

thanks to its long aging.

TASTE:

Fruity and spicy, highlighting the typicality of Cabernet Sauvignon with

notes of plum, blackberries, and pepper, combined with toasted hints from

the barrel with aromas of caramel, vanilla, and cocoa.

PAIRING:

Ideal to accompany marbled cuts of meat, grilled lamb, pasta, mature or

aged cheeses, and dark chocolate.
