EIt is one of the few wines in Mexico with KOSHER certification, acquired with the presence and authorization of Mr. R.Z.L. Libersohn.

This wine is produced under the precepts of Kashrut, meaning its production must comply with strict rules under the supervision of a Jewish religious authority or qualified individuals of this religion from the moment of harvesting until the actual bottling.
